They are always there for us, so let’s give a little back to them 🙂

This event is supporting the Ambulance Service, Fire Brigade and the Police.

Rules:

  1. Choose the medal of your choice or the whole series (3).
  2. Choose 5K, 10K, 15K, 20K or 25K per medal.
  3. Walk, Run, Cycle.
  4. You must go past the emergency service on your route that matches your medal.
  5. Give a thumbs up or clap as you go past, you never know, someone might see and 🙂
  6. A different route for each medal.
  7. Post your route on the event on Facebook or join Redfish Strava Group (for evidence)
  8. Have fun



PRIZES

Bespoke wooden medal. With an Ambulance, Fire or Police design.

LOCATION

You choose the route, just remember to pass the emergency service of your medal choice and give them a thumbs up or wave 🙂

START / FINISH

You choose the date, time and place


RESTRICTIONS

Please be safe, be seen and all young children should be accompanied.



REGISTRATION

As soon as you have registered you are ready to go.



FEES

£15.00 per Virtual Emergency Service event, including P&P to the UK.

£35.00 if you enter all 3 at the same time, including P&P to the UK.
